FAQ
Questions about our service area
How far from Oakland do you travel for projects?
Up to about 80 miles from our Oakland office. That covers the whole Bay Area plus cities such as Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto, Santa Cruz and Salinas. If your city is not on the list, call us at the number above.
Do building rules change from one city to the next?
Yes. Each city or county runs its own building department, permit process and local ordinances, such as ADU rules and design review. State law sets a baseline, and the local rules add to it. We confirm them for your address before plans are final.
Do you take smaller projects outside the East Bay?
Our minimum project is $500 anywhere in our area. For locations near the edge of our range, larger projects like new construction, additions and commercial build-outs are the best fit.
